DEPOSIT-Each booking requires a $500 refundable security deposit against loss and damage.
50% of the full rental amount including the tax is required at booking.
FINAL PAYMENT-Due 30 days prior to your date of occupancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY-Cancellations made thirty days prior to your date of occupancy will receive a complete, total refund of all monies paid.
Cancellations after 30 days prior to your date of occupancy there will be no refund of any monies paid, other than the security deposit.
