Pearl Beach Lake House is a beautifully restored five bedroom, two full bath home located on Lake Erie between the oldest resort town in Ohio, Geneva-on-the Lake and the historic Ashtabula Harbor. 

Come any time of the year and see breathtaking sunsets, walk the beach or enjoy s'mores around the campfire. Our home has a waterfront view, private beach access and is completely furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Pearl Beach Lake house is fully equipped (including linens) and ready for your relaxation. 

This home is perfect for families or groups of friends.  The downstairs includes a large gathering room with views of the lake and a front porch sitting area and a large eat in kitchen.  The first floor is completed by a large master bedroom and a full bath.  Upstairs is a quiet retreat with four bedrooms and a full bath. 

There is something wonderful about falling asleep and waking up to a beautiful view of the lake.  You can spend the day on the bank overlooking the lake or take a few steps down to your own private beach.

Lakehurst Bungalow located next door to the Pearl Beach Lake House is a charming story and a half home built in the 1950's with a beautiful view of Lake Erie.

Lakeview Lodge Located directly across the street from the Pearlbeach Lake House and the Lakehurst Bungalow is our Lakeview Lodge. Enjoy beautiful lake views in a cozy comfortable cabin atmosphere.  This two bedroom lodge style home offers a small group or family all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway.
The lodge has two bedrooms with king size beds, one full bath, nice living room with a queen sleeper, full kitchen including a dishwasher and a secluded deck with a fenced in backyard to enjoy evening cookouts and campfires.
Because we own the property directly across the street which is lakeside you will have direct access to our private beach to spend time swimming and enjoying spectacular sunsets.

Sunrises on the front porch with a cup of coffee will start off your day of fun.  Ashtabula County has many recreational opportunities to keep you busy for a long weekend or a full week of relaxation.  All the amenities are included just bring your family or friends and get ready for some real fun and relaxation.
